Appreciation... New Regina Spektor album!

I had been anxiously awaiting a new album from Regina Spektor and on June 23rd the album, Far, finally arrived and well worth the over three year wait since Begin to Hope which hit back on June 13th, 2006! Wow... where does time go!

So let me share some tracks with you! First up is "Laughing With" with a video directed by Adria Petty that is visually beautiful as the song is lyrically!

Frustration... Too Sick To Post!

I wanted to post so bad yesterday, but I have been sick, sick, sick ever since the Baltimore Comic-Con with a head cold that won't quit! I was going to skip an effort for today, but I thought I'd post at least something...

...so here's to naps and daydreams, cold medication and songs I have in my head tonight!

Appreciation... Support a Record Store Day on April 19, 2008

An idea dear to my heart, but possiblly hard to honour in this area due to our lack of idependent music stores. But I'm going to see what I can do and so should you... yeah, you downloading... and you, shopping at flippin' Best Buy... I don't know about you, but I still want to be able to purchase music in a real music store or at the very least from Barnes & Noble in ten years and not from a crap section at a Wal-Mart who uses music as nothing but a loss-leader sales item to get you into their store. And as far as downloading... well, how fun is it to really shop for music online? Is that a fun thing to do some night after work or with friends on a day off? If CDs aren't cutting it for you, try buying vinyl -the sound quality is still the most superior thing out there if you have a decent player.
