Appreciation... Heroes

I present a toast to the classic heroes of yesteryear and the creators who gave them to us!


This wonderful piece was a pin-up from Anything Goes #1, published by Fantagraphics Books, October 1986. All through art school, I kept a copy of this pin up on the bulletin board above my drawing table. I still find it to be a simple but wonderful reminder of what I love most about comic books.
